Coats for Kids

The Texas Zoofari Park is hosting their inaugural “Coats for Kids” charity drive event on Black Friday, November 29, 2024.  The Safari Park will donate the admission entry fee proceeds of the day to purchase new winter coats for children in need in the Kaufman County area.

Coats For Kids was founded at the Virginia Safari Park in 2002 and is being added as an annual event at all Zoofari Park locations.

The Texas Zoofari Park will provide brand new, well-designed winter coats to children within Kaufman county's four local elementary schools including Helen Edwards Early Childhood Center, Monday Elementary, Phillips Elementary and Lucille Nash Elementary.
